If you are not completely satisfied with your investment, please contact us within 5 days via email at info@stainless-sink.com for a full refund* less all shipping cost. For a full refund the sink and packing material must be in brand new condition. A refund will be given in the same manner that the product was paid for or by a company check. *In the case of free shipping on the original purchase, a refund will be given less our full shipping cost. Under no circumstances will we take back an installed or used sink, unless the product is deemed defective. All stainless steel sinks are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser, as long as he/she owns the home it was originally installed in. This includes rusting, warpage, staining, burning, cracking, discoloration, and any other defect due to workmanship or material failure. The warranty is void for the following reasons, but not limited to: the item has been abused, neglected, improperly installed, altered in any way, misused, or accidentally damaged. All sinks are carefully inspected before being shipped. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Merchandise must be carefully packed and shipped through a traceable means. You must provide us with the tracking number. Shipping insurance is highly suggested. We inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund or exchange. No item will be accepted without a prior return authorization from us. Please contact us within five days of receiving the product for your return authorization and additional instructions.
